Il saggio intende criticare la funzione vitale della guerra come generazione di pace e di futuro nel ricambio generazionale. Attraverso una lettura in controluce delle tesi hegeliane sulla guerra come benefica per la salute dei popoli, il saggio mostra l'ostacolo che la guerra pone allo sviluppo dello spirito e spezza il nesso tra guerra e progresso storico: oggi sempre più e una maggiore pace appare possibile solo come decostruzione della logica della guerra.

The essay intends to criticize the vital function of war as generation of peace and future in the change of generations. Through a reading with back lighting of the Hegelian thesis on war as beneficial for the health of peoples, the essay shows the obstacle that war places in the way of the development of the spirit and breaks the connection between war and historical progress: today more and more peace appears possible only as a deconstruction of the logic of war.
