Finis terrae. Il diritto a un miracolo originario. In margine a un recente libro di Enrico Guglielminetti

Filosofia e Teologia XXXVIII, 2 (2024), Dio in questione. Post-teismo e dintorni, pp. 386-400

The refined theoretical proposal of Enrico Guglielminetti’s Logic of Addition, around overcoming a necessitas that leaves no escape, is discussed. In the fight against the saturation of space, a logical-structural model is compared with a historical-juridical model of interruption of the law, on the background of the divergent agreement between Walter Benjamin and Carl Schmitt. The opening of an empty space is questioned in light of the question of a right to resistance.
